Overview

The Cardiology Fellowship Program at Maimonides is a fully accredited, three-year program designed to provide fellows with expert clinical skills in all areas of cardiovascular medicine and to offer a significant experience in research. The program has a total of 21 positions.

Our goal is to graduate competent and well-rounded clinical cardiovascular specialists who are prepared to practice all aspects of adult clinical cardiology. Our program begins with a firm foundation in the basics and progressively introduces the fellows to a greater degree of sophistication in their approach to the cardiac patient.

Acceptance to the program requires successful completion of an accredited residency in internal medicine, as well as enrollment through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Deadline for receipt of an application is January 1st.
