Tips for kids!
Think 5 - 2 - 1 - 0 when planning eating and activities throughout the day:
5 or more fruits & vegetables each day
2 or less hours of less screen time (time in front of the TV, computer, smartphone, tablet, and/or video games)
1 hour or more of physical activity
0 sugar-sweetened drinks (store-bought juice, soda, or iced tea), try drinking more water
