Visit a farmer's market in your neighborhood, where you can find inexpensive fresh fruits and vegetables in season.
Choose frozen vegetables and fruits - they're less expensive and last longer.
Take your kids shopping with you and letting them pick out healthy foods like fruits and vegetables.
