Put on music and dance at home with your family.
Find local martial arts or dance classes.
During a lunch break, ask a friend or colleague to take a walk. Try bringing your lunch with you and eating outdoors.
Check out your neighborhood park. When it's nice out, you'll usually find lots of people doing many different activities.
