Be Active With Others

 

Why?

 

  • Exercising with other people is a fun and social way to get your exercise, and it's a great way to try new activities you might not try on your own.

 

Tips

 

  • Put on music and dance at home with your family.

  • Find local martial arts or dance classes.

  • During a lunch break, ask a friend or colleague to take a walk. Try bringing your lunch with you and eating outdoors.

  • Check out your neighborhood park. When it's nice out, you'll usually find lots of people doing many different activities.
