Dr. Joel Horovitz is the Senior Vice Chair and Director of the Division of General Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He completed both his residency and fellowship at McGill University. Dr. Horowitz directs the Maimonides General Surgery team, representing the best in surgical excellence, and offers experience, expertise, and the utilization of the latest technology available to provide comprehensive treatment.
