At the Maimonides Infants & Children's Hospital, our principal philosophy is the concept of collaboration. We have brought together individual areas and disciplines to form a team whose primary focus is the care of the individual child. We work in multidisciplinary groups which include physicians, nursing and administrative leadership, so that all the areas of the child's health can be discussed and the optimal care plan can be coordinated.
