Pediatrics Spotlight...
The Division of Pediatric General Surgery provides state-of-the-art surgical treatment in a child-friendly atmosphere. We use advanced minimally-invasive techniques, including thoracoscopy, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and robotic surgery, along with a family-centered approach to patient care, to reduce the physical and emotional trauma of surgery. Services are provided to patients ranging in age from the unborn fetus to late adolescence and cover the full spectrum of congenital and acquired disorders. The division consists of three fellowship trained pediatric surgeons, Drs. Daniel Hechtman, Director, Karen Chun, and Sathyaprasad Burjonrappa. Read More>
