Research
Fellows are encouraged to partake in clinical research projects during their time at Maimonides. There are diverse research options, including clinical chart reviews, clinical trials, and literature reviews. Fellows have the opportunity to present their work in regional and national meetings. In addition, we have a funded basic science laboratory, headed by Theresa Jacob, PhD. Fellows with interest in benchtop research can participate in her projects involving molecular mechanisms of inhibiting intimal hyperplasia.
