All residents are encouraged and required to pursue research and scholarly endeavors. The Department provides its residents with the resources, time and logistical support to be successful in this area.
Faculty will assist the resident in identifying and selecting an appropriate research topic that is aligned with their career plans and the needs of the Department.
Each resident is required to initiate and complete one research project and prepare a manuscript for publication. Findings will be submitted for presentation at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and the Eastern States Conference for Pharmacy Residents and Preceptors.
