Prior to joining Maimonides, Dr. Beltran was the chairman of the Department of Radiology at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopedic Institute. |

Jack Choueka, MD

Dr. Choueka received his MD from SUNY Downstate and completed his residency at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York. Dr. Choueka went on to complete a fellowship at the University of Chicago. He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and has a sub-specialty in Surgery of the Hand. In 2006, Dr. Choueka was appointed Chair of Orthopedics. |

Dr. Kolodny completed his residency in psychiatry at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and his fellowship at Columbia University. He has an interest in public health and community psychiatry. He was previously the Medical Director for Special Projects in the Office of the Executive Deputy Commissioner for the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. |

Steven Konstadt, MD, MBA, FACC

Dr. Steven Konstadt obtained a B.S. from Columbia University and his M.D. from Yale University. Dr. Konstadt completed his residency in Anesthesia at Massachusetts General Hospital. He also became the Chief Cardiothoracic Anesthesia Fellow at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Konstadt’s clinical expertise is Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology.
