Special Features

Maimonides Medical Center has a long tradition of cardiac excellence and has been named one of the top 100 hospitals in the country for cardiac care by HealthGrades. We have made crucial investments in technology and remain commited to our physicians. We continue to build good working relationships with our community, while implementing special programs to improve the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.

Research

Research activities will focus on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The fellow is also exposed to the development of treatment protocols and has substantial involvement in investigative medicine. Research is performed with an investigator/mentor within the division.
