Dr. Kreizman was the Chief Resident in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation , SUNY, Downstate Medical Center, Editor - In - Chief of the Science Research Honor Society's Journal of Science Research Abstracts, two (2) times the SUNY at Brooklyn Best Resident Award winner and a member, Vice - President, Psi Chi - Psycology Honor Society.
Dr. Kriezman the Director of Pain and Rehabilitation Services, P.C. ('PARS') and an attending physician in Rehabilitation Medicine & Pain Management at Saint Vincent's Midtown Hospital and Parkway Hospital, Queens. He was formerly Director of Rehabilitation Medicine at Maimonides and an attending physician and clinical instructor at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and School of Medicine. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association. Further, he is a Diplomate in the American Academy of Pain Management and a Fellow in the American Board of Disability Analysts.
