Dr. Eisenstein is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and was awarded the George James Epidemiology Award upon graduation. He went on to complete his training in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and then completed a three year cardiology fellowship at The New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Eisenstein has travelled all over the country lecturing physicians on current treatment modalities available for cardiac-related conditions, such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Dr. Eisenstein's interests include all forms of cardiac imaging -- from ultrasound to nuclear scanning to the latest research concerning magnetic resonance imagine of the heart.
