The Maimonides Heart & Vascular Center recently launched Women’s Heart to Heart, a new initiative to raise awareness of heart disease in women. Through education, community outreach, and the promotion of preventive care and lifestyle changes, we look to empower women to be stewards of their own heart health and combat the #1 killer of women.
