Dr. Norbert Moskovits is a Director and physician in the Department of Cardiology at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Previously, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center, and trained in Cardiology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. In 1995, Dr. Moskovits joined the team at Maimonides Medical Center as the Associate Director of Clinical Cardiology, as well as the Associate Director of the Coronary Care Unit. In 2003, he was appointed Director of the Heart Failure Program. Under his guidance, the Maimonides Heart Failure Program has grown to be one of the best in the country. It has been given the highest rating by Healthgrades and consistently achieves one of the lowest mortality rates not just in New York State, but nationwide. The program has been designated Best Congestive Heart Failure Program in the Northeast by Money Magazine.
